MobiUp was almost ready to launch a new loyalty app for one of their clients. The business goals were clear, user needs and flows were straightforward, and the development team was set to go. But the UI was not quite there yet...
The challenge
I was hired to give the KM Mais mobile app a fresh look, including an improved creative / art direction and UI revamp. The original Figma project also had issues with consistency and usability, and needed better components, organization and a functional clickable prototype.

The solution
- Redesigned all screens and components following best practices, including auto-layout and consistent design tokens with Figma variables.
- Revisited existing user journeys and incorporated missing screens and journeys.
- Ensured a smooth handoff to the development team, providing clear guidance on what to build and how to execute it.
